@Semiramis: Appreciate the feedback! We've got a lot to work on and a lot of ideas still to come. We're launching our Kickstarter Campaign on August 24th, and once that's done we can really roll up our sleeves and get to work on making a very finely tuned and polished RPG! Check out https://www.facebook.com/TheEriasLine for updates!
(part 2/2) The tilesets are ok but sometimes is hard to tell where you're going and where a wall starts/ends (expecially when playing for the first time). The maps are a bit dispersive but I somehow managed to go where I needed to. The protagonists are a bit anonymous, in my opinion, and the plot is kind of vague. I would like to see more character interactions.
The first thing I noticed about the game was the art. I really liked it since the start. The characters are finely pixelated and the battle animations are fluid. The field animations, instead, (I blame the tool rather than who made the game) are a bit clunky and can't get in line with the really good pixels. (part 1/2)
