We have made up for all of the work lost due to file corruption!
This update features a new level (85) and finalized menus for the achievement pages!
Graphics:
All the zone icons have been reworked to make them look more coherent and cleaner!
Created 'Achievement unlocked' popup!

Created 'Zone select' button.
Created 'Level Select' button for all stores.

Programming:
The most recent zone/achievement menu/level select/store index now affect which zone will be highlighted in the zone menu.
Level 85 plays after 84.

Added a failsafe on Achievement popups; where if you exit the layout 0.5 into the achievement popup it will show again on layout start to ensure that you always see that an achievement has been gained.
Added a grid system for the achievements!

Fixed bug where achievements wouldn't register if the achievement popup hadn't faded out yet.

Numbers on the achievement menu has been removed and will not be replaced with anything else. I am of the belief that they're not needed as there are only 8 achievements per zone; but will consider adding them back if there's a demand.

A lot has been going on IRL so apologies for the lackluster update; no testing needed for this one.
Added 4 more achievements. This puts us at 28/64 achievements completed!

Added a TON of achievements!!
We've now implemented 22 out of 42 achievements!
Menus:
Revamped the Achievement menus in order to give each zone it's own page; along with a General page!
Revamped Store menus in order to let the players toggle between the zone stores while in the store index.
Removed the 'Select Zone Store Index' in order to effectivize menu transition.
Added placeholders credits menu.
Disabled grid system for store index.
You can now enter the store index through level select.
You can now enter achievement pages through level select.

There are currently 8 unlockable achievements but we will be reaching a grand number of 40 achievements at release!
Graphics tweaks:
Spikes are now animated to increase visibility and make levels feel more alive!
Tweaked Midnight Stroll single tile.
Some small mushroom decor have been removed from Fungi Grotto.
Bugfixes:
Fixed bug which would allow you to double jump if you swapped colour in coloured blocks.
Fixed bug where game wouldn't remember if you had bought the Broadsword.
Fixed issue where collission polys on tiles from Midnight Stroll wasn't consistent which would lead to you walljumping on the floor.
Fixed bug where you would't be able to walljump off of a wall if Kaleido collided with the wall when no directional keys were down.

Portal system revamped!
You will now teleport if you toggle your colour while overlapping the portal- instead of having to re-collide with it. This should improve the flow of levels and help new players in particular.
Programming:
Further tweaks to walljump code.
Added failsafe and debugs to portals.
Sorted through in-game folders.
Deleted unecesserary code, approximately 400 lines of code.
Delected unecessary objects.
Remade all cosmetics animation code.
Disabled code where sine for Magenta and Yellow walls were still active.
Fixed opacity on coins from levels 76 to 90.
As everything in the store is now free, coins collected will give you 1 coin instead of 5.

Lowered volume on SFXs from -10 dB to -20 dB
Graphics:
Animated 36 cosmetics with 6 animations per items for a total of 216 animations.
Tons of placeholder assets added for cosmetics store.
Tweaked Credit graphic to remove Karl Flodin since he doesn't have the time to work on Swift Kaleido.
Tweaked 'level' graphic on Credits Menu to say 'Level' instead of 'LvL'.
The player will no longer get a jetpack cosmetic if their ammo is over 0.

Midnight Stroll now has it's own tileset.
Midnight Stroll icon now displays in Zone Select.

Small, Medium and Large decor for Midnight Stroll has been added- to resemble a crystal cave.
Coin sprite has been created for Midnight Stroll.
Large decor from Neglected underworld have been moved to Fungi Grotto.

All of the cosmetics for Kaleido have been designed! They will be animated and implemented the next update, but if you'd like to preview the upcoming store overhaul you can check out the 'hat' store.
Finishing a zone takes you back into the level select instead of the Zone select, this is to prepare the new store system.
Added ’Zone Completed’ sprite for all zones.
’Zone Completed’ sprite temporarily disappears 0.5 seconds after input instead of instantly.
Sliding particles spawn behind the player.
Timer character spacing increased from 0 to 1.
Pickup collission increased with 2 pixels on all sides to make pickup more consistent with the sine growth.
Coin particle effect spawns behind the coins.
Coin particle now spawns even if the coin has been collected, but opacity has been lowered accordingly.
Coin animation speed increased from 20 to 40 on collected.
Increased menu opacity on unselected from 40 to 60.
Coin Opacity now corresponds to the level select icon’s opacity.
